Feel like a grown up again

There’s nothing better than getting to know your little one, but if you’ve been at home with them for a while and longing for some adulting in your life - you're not alone! We’ve pulled together our favourite things to do to get our grown-up back with baby in tow.

More than music to your ears

Multitask when you’re getting jobs done with these audio options:

Every day, the Radio 4 Today programme chooses one subject featured in their programme to take a deep dive into in their Beyond Today episode - and at a snappy 20-25 minutes it's a great listen during a long feed/short nap.

If you’re pounding the streets in attempt to get a two hour nap in the afternoon - then The High Low is a great podcast to take round the park with you. With an overview of current affairs, debates on the big issues and author specials, you’ll come out the other side feeling on top of the world (news).

Hark back to the days when you could start reading an article on your phone and then finish it before being interrupted - Pocket is a library for all the long read articles you want to get around to - it stores them so you can enjoy them offline at a later date - and can even read them out for you so you can listen when you’re out and about with baby.

Do something for you

Whether it’s missing expanding your mind or stretching your body, the first few months of your little one’s life are when they’re at their most portable and easiest to placate (believe us) - so take them to yoga, baby cinema, out for coffee… maybe not to a library just yet, but you get the picture.
