How do rentals work?
Renting with Bundlee is as easy as 1-2-3! Here's how our rental magic happens ✨:
Rent. Create a Plan that fits your family's unique needs. You can either pick your favourite styles from our wardrobe of premium brands on the Personalised Plan or let us curate a wardrobe for your little one on the Capsule Plan - on both Plans you'll receive 15 pieces at a time. We'll deliver your bundlee straight to your door on a date that suits you. Enjoy your rentals worry-free with the Rental Insurance that comes included in your Plan.
Return. When those little arms and legs start poking out of sleeves and trousers (happens overnight, we know!), simply Swap the outgrown clothes for the next size up. You can also Swap for a seasonal refresh as the weather changes or for a holiday wardrobe. Returning your rentals is easy with our free returns and reusable packaging. Simply pop your rentals back at a convenient Post Office... we also offer free home collections to make life even easier!

We've also created our own clothing collection, Bundlee Originals, developed by our expert team. Bundlee Originals is a collection of modern classics, to make style simple. The colours and prints are super easy to mix and match. Made from Oeko-Tex cotton, these pieces are soft yet durable, and we work with ethical factories.

Are the clothes kind to a baby’s sensitive skin?
Yes! At our eco-laundry facility we professionally clean and sanitise the clothes between rentals, making them as clean-as-can-be to dress your little one in as soon as they arrive. Our innovative Ozone sanitisation method actually makes clothes cleaner than any you could find in the shops!
However if you like to use special products and detergents for your baby's clothes please feel free to wash them before use.
Our Bundlee Originals collection is made from soft Oeko-Tex certified cotton, which means they are free from any harmful chemicals. We also only use nickel free poppers, so you can be confident that the clothes are as safe as they are soft.
Our partner brands use materials that are kind to baby’s skin like organic cotton, bamboo and lyocell. In the Personalised Plan, take a peek at the style notes to discover what your favourite styles are made from.
How are the clothes cleaned between rentals?

Rental insurance is included in your Bundlee Plan, which covers you for life's messy moments - the stains from weaning, the wear from crawling (and the occasional poonami!).
We still like you to return all the clothes, as our eco-friendly laundry service can often get out the toughest stains.
How soon will my first bundlee arrive?
Thank you for joining! Your first bundlee is expected to arrive by your selected delivery date.
We deliver your bundlee through Royal Mail's 48hr delivery service. You will receive text and email notifications to let you know when your bundlee is on its way and track its delivery.
How is my bundlee delivered?
Your bundlee will be delivered safely to you by Royal Mail - the UK's greenest parcel delivery service.
